Embroidery is stitching your logo etc. on to your item with thread.  We recommend using embroidery for hats of all types, coats, vests and other outterwear. Although heat transfers and screen printing do a very nice job embroidery is deemed a little more "classy", so we often recommend it for golf shirts as well.
